Keto Recipe - Peanut Butter & Chocolate Fat Bombs (Thanks ketojenic!)
You’d think it be easy to get all your needed fats but sometimes it isn’t. I’ve been meaning to make some so when I came across ketojenic’s post I got right to it! I changed a few things so make sure you check out her’s as well.
- ¾ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 squeezes of Nevella Sucralose (or equivalent sweetener)
Mix all ingredients in a pot over low heat until blended. Taste for flavor and add more sweetener if needed. You can add chopped nuts, coconut shavings or anything like that if you want.
I had some silicone molds we used for ice cubes so I used that, perfect little size treats and we got 22 of them!
