I mixed the Carbquik with the parsley and garlic powder.
I then combined the 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of water and added it to the mix.
I then added the 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and stired everything together until mixed well but I did not over mix it.
I then scooped 6 spoons (an ice cream scoop would work great here) on a pan with some parchment paper and put it in the oven at 350 till a little brown on the top.
At about 10 minutes I realized I forgot the butter and almost had a heart attack - the butter is what keeps them moist - so I improvised and they came out BETTER then the first ones. I added 1/2 tbs on top of each buscuit.
You have to watch them, they don’t get as dark on top because of the butter and the butter melts every where. So at about 15 min total I turned on the BROIL till the tops browned a little.
THESE were so GOOOOOOOD. Seriously, I have to try the cheddar biscuits with the butter on top because thats the way to go!
Each bisquit shouldn’t be more then 1.5g net carbs.
